Meditation can be defined as a state of relaxed contemplation on the present moment, or a state of reflection where the mind dissolves and is free of all thought. The goals of this method of consideration vary, including spiritual enlightenment and the transformation of attitudes.
Hindu meditation can be classified according to its focus. Some types of rumination focus on the type of experience and perception which occurs during meditation.
These types are called mindfulness meditation. Others involve deliberation on a pre selected object. These types are called concentrative meditation. Hindu meditation encompasses both fields of focus.
We also conduct the Meditation class. If anyone willings to join Meditation class please contact us.
