In Vellore district , Wallajapet , Kilapudupet, Danvantri peedam, considering the world benefit a homam was held with the blessings of Kaiyilai Gnanaguru Dr.Muralidhara Swamigal on 23.05.2015 Saturday morning at 10.30 A.M. Speciality of this homam is doing abishekam with 108 herbal thirthas for the God Danvantri (moolavar). This homam is to increase our natural resources, to decrease rays of agni nakshatra (fiery star), to power up our physical and mental health and to score good health. Also for marriage obstacles, progeny obstacles, economic barriers, eliminate the fear of school children the above mentioned homam and abishekam is going to be held. Many devotees participated in this homam and abishekam and got the graces of Lord Danvantri, 73 deities located in the peedam and 468 siddhars in the form of shiva lingas, said by Danvantri peedam authorities.
